We have worked with our clients to develop a unique way of delivering IT support that is simple, effective, delivering value and fully based on your business needs.

It is based on the following principles:

Being Proactive - We don’t want you to have emergency issues where everything shuts down. Even though we are good at fire fighting, we would rather work in a proactive way to quash any (sparks) glitches before they turn into a blaze.

Faster than Superman? – Our aim is to respond to your or your staff’s query within 60 minutes of it being logged. Most problems can be resolved quickly and remotely but we won’t think twice if we need to be on site but will probably use alternative methods to get to you rather than flying.

Fixed monthly costs – All our clients deserve the gold service however big or small your business is. We are proud to be one of the very few who offer face to face visits as standard. We want you to know the person behind the voice and email. You can take back control of your budget as the set monthly fee will cover everything.

Out of hours – Your work is important to you and we know there are never enough hours in the day. If we need to do necessary IT work, updates, scanning for trojans and searching for nasty stuff that might be lurking we will work outside your office hours so that your staff can maximise their time in the office.

Accountability – As we only offer a fixed fee it is in our best interests that your IT network is functioning efficiently and effectively every day of the week.

Family – Some of our clients have been with us for years, we have matured with their IT systems and are part of the family. Once they found that previously common emergency situations were now rarer than a dodo they decided they wanted to stay with us and take advantage of our hard and software testing experience which regularly saves them time and money.

How you can work with us.

  • You contact us letting us know some basic details about what you need.
  • We will come and meet you, find out exactly what you need and then provide a quote to explain how much you can save.
  • We will undertake a detailed diagnostic evaluation of your systems (out of office hours of course) and fix any immediate glitches. up date and protect your content.
  • Maintaining the IT network remotely and on site, engaging with members of staff to provide one to one support if needed.
